Metallic Filter Cartridge

Parker Stainless steel Cartridges provide the optimum filtration solution for fluids and gases in high temperature and high flow rate applications.

Available in a cylindrical or pleated design, cleanable stainless steel cartridges are the logical choice when natural and synthetic media cartridges cannot meet aggressive process conditions. Available in fourteen nominal ratings from 2 to 840 microns and in 304 and 316 stainless steel.

Many different markets use Mott's sintered metal filters for their physical durability, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and precision filtration characteristics. Our sintered metal filters come in a variety of alloys, such as stainless steel, Hastelloy®, Monel®, Inconel®, nickel, and titanium. We also offer sintered metal filters in a wide range of media grades, from 0.1 micron to 100 micron. If you need custom pore sizes, alloys, or flow characteristics for your filter, we'll work with you to develop a product that meets your specifications.

It is a porous metal panel which consists of multi-layer meshes / meshes + punching (perforated) plate and is sintered (diffusion-bonded) into one panel. It usually consists of protection mesh, filter mesh and support mesh and its combination is depending on customers needs or requirements.
